Returns & Exchanges

At Misela, we strive for perfection in every piece, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all designer tags and protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Misela account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Misela dust bag and shipping box, ensuring the return form is included inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
